FAQ

Common questions.

If you don't find what you need here, email labs@checkpeptide.com — we reply within one business day.

If you just want to know the dose and purity, start with Purity Check ($199). If you want to confirm the compound is actually what it says on the label, get the Essential Panel ($399) — this is the right starting point for most people. If you're concerned about safety (metals, endotoxin, contamination), go with the Safety Panel ($799). Not sure? Email us and we'll tell you exactly which makes sense for your situation.
Turnaround starts from when the lab receives your sample — not when you order. Purity and Essential panels take 3–5 business days. Safety panels take 5–7. Advanced panels take 7–14. Rush processing is available for some panels — email us to enquire.
No. Testing is destructive — the sample is consumed in the analysis process. We recommend keeping a portion of your original batch if you want a reference sample. Ship only the quantity specified in your panel instructions.
You'll receive a full COA showing exactly what was found, including the specific failure. The result is yours — what you do with that information is up to you. You can share the COA ID publicly, keep it private, or use it to pursue a refund with your vendor. We do not contact vendors or take any action on your behalf.
Your name and contact details are required to process your order and deliver results. We do not share customer information with vendors or third parties. COA IDs are public — verifiable by anyone — but they contain no personal identifying information. Your name does not appear on the COA.
Vendors cannot access your order details or test results. The COA ID is public, but without your name attached, vendors cannot determine who commissioned a test unless you tell them. We do not share order data with any third party.
All testing is performed by Ethos Analytics — an ISO 17025 accredited, FDA-registered, DEA-licensed US laboratory. You can independently verify their accreditation at A2LA.org — no account needed. We chose to name the lab publicly because you should be able to verify it yourself.
Every sample receives a unique COA ID (e.g. CP-2026-00041). Anyone can enter this ID at checkpeptide.com/verify to see the full test results. No login, no account, no download required. Results are hosted permanently — they don't expire.
Independent laboratory testing of chemical compounds is legal in the United States. We test what you send us and report the results. CheckPeptide does not sell, manufacture, or distribute any peptides or controlled substances. Results are issued for research and informational purposes only.
Order your panel first. Then either order a CheckPeptide collection kit (includes prepaid return label) or ship your sample directly to the lab address provided at checkout. Full instructions are on the shipping page. Vendors submit directly — no kit needed.
